What can you tell me about this antique camera?

The shutter may work just fine. Look and see if there is a ing mechanism on the side of the lens or the lever on the front of the lens possibly. (Its been a long time since I took out Grandpa's Kodak and played with it, but you have to the shutter before it works.)
