Cigarettes: If I exhale a little just before i inhale does that speed up causes of mouth cancer?

We don’t know what causes cancer – any cancer. So it’s impossible for anyone to tell you what would speed up the cause. There are several risk factors for oral cancer and smoking is just one of them. I can’t see how the way you smoke could make much of a difference if any at all. I could see it MAYBE if you held the smoke in your mouth since the nicotine would have longer contact with your mouth, but if someone were to do that why smoke at all?
