Opinions on this horse ?

The pictures didn't work for me, but based on the video, she looks like she knows her job, isn't nuts in the gate (based on the little you could see), stops without major effort (and when running to a closed gate...always a plus), and doesn't require a lot of steering/direction from the rider. In other words, she might be suitable for a novice rider or a first horse. I'm not a barrel expert, so take that with a grain of salt, but she looks perfectly suited for her job and doesn't appear nuts. Make sure she's just as suited for the other events before buying her, or you might end up with a horse that's scared of goats or cows or swinging ropes.
