What is the life expectancy in months/years of an elderly woman with multiple artery blockages in the heart.?

An angiogram was done and the blockage was so sever that a stint was not an option. Are there any other alternatives? If not what is the life expectancy? This person was a smoke most of her life and 78 years old. Having problems breathing and on oxygen.
