NRL: If not Kimmorley, who should be NSW State of Origin halfback?

The selection of half-back should be made by choosing the player who has shown the best form for the early part of the season (leading up to selection time). It should not be based on name or reputation but just who is playing the best. This is the mistake the Blues selectors keep making - they pick on reputation and not current form.
