Is this a good size for me?

I am about 5'4, with big hips, and a slender waist. My are wierd-looking. One is an a-cup, and the other is a b-cup. I would like to get implants and go to either a c or d-cup. I want to even things out, and then add a little extra. My concern is that, if I get a d-cup, I am gonna look like Dolly Parton. So which would be better for my frame, c or d sized ?
