Can you help me to help my friend?

She's about my age at 15 and a half years old and I've known her for about three years. She has a lot of things going on in her life between school, sports, extra curricular activities, and her family. She's almost a perfect student, in all accelerated cles, most of which I am in also. She does alot of extra things too such as girl scouts, fire department juniors (which I am also in), a few school sports and an independent swim club that has practice about 5-6 days a week for a few hours after school. The big thing that bothers me though, is her family life. She has a little sister a couple of years younger than her, who is downright evil to her and some other people. Her parents I don't know that well, but her dad is an engineer and volunteer fireman and her mom works the night shift as a nurse. She doesn't get allot of support from her parents.
