Where to get this picture noticed?

I have a picture of my sister with a boston red sox hat and t-shirt on and she's running and the picture is incredible. I want to get the picture on some form of a magazine or something...maybe a postcard or form of advertisement but I don't know where to start or who to send the picture to. It's an amazing picture!!
