My husband doesn't wear a wedding ring how should I feel?

Wedding ring or no wedding ring, if a guy says it is ok to flirt or kiss women, that is wrong. Some guys don't wear rings because it can get caught in machinery. I never heard of wearing a wedding ring is against ones religion.
