call the attorney, find out what happened, get a copy of the reciept for the money (fax the letter before you call him) find out what you need to do, you may have to rescedule a court date and go see the judge asap ok? if you do this, you will no longer have a failure to appear (because you went to court, with your attorney okay. (sometimes there are glitches in the system, straighten this out by seeing the judge ok? ALL JUDGES schedule one day a week for failure to appear issues like yours. hang in there, dont drive.
