Rush Limbaugh Wannabee?

I heard Walter Williams substituting for RL today on the radio. A caller wanted to press the case (lamely though) for national healthcare or socialized medicine. Williams said that if the caller wanted to support national healthcare or socialized medicine, the caller was perfectly free to "send his (own) money in" to support the cause. I'm wondering if conservatives would apply the same standard to the war in Iraq, meaning only those who support the war in Iraq should fund it. I'm not spouting a position on the war per se, I'm only pointing out the apparent hypocracy of conservatives whose stock anwer on any government program they disagree with is to tell the supporter of it to pay for it him/herself. I am wondering if conservatives would apply the same standard to the war in Iraq?
