I'm confuse.. &i don't know what to do.?

There's this guy in my English cl his a Senior and is really into wrestling. From what i heard he is only staying in that cl for only 1st semester since he failed that cl last year when he was a Junior and his just making it up for it. From the beginning we never really talk to one another since he sits a couple seats away from me. But he would always look at me and occasionally smiles at me from time to time. His been loud, cusses at times, and every time the cl gets noisy he would always encourage them to quiet down like "come on you guys the teacher is telling us something important." But when i'm with him he doesn't cuss at all and he isn't loud as i thought he would be. Also if i'm wearing a black colored sweatshirt one day the next day he wears the same color. It seems that he magically follows what i wear so that we would match somehow. If i pack up my stuff slowly before leaving the cl he does the same thing too.. We would walk out the door at the same time and when he was climbing up the stairs he peered down to look at me and once again our eyes connected. Its been a repetition lately and it has been going on for about 3months now. I feel like something is there but i don't really want to do anything about it since i'm not really sure what's going on and it might just be a coincidence. Then last Monday (12/13) i hear him say to his friend "did you do the letter?" and his friend replies "yeah i did. but you need to add more stuff to it like what she is and what she does." After a few days past. Yesterday (Wed 12/15) when we finished our Final, my English teacher let us talk to our friends and she set up some snacks/drinks from the back table at the back room. So i decided to leave my desk and sat next to my friend who sits in front of the back table. Him and his friend kept ping by my friend's desk and he kept looking at me. He doesn't look too happy when he was looking at me. I guess it was because this was his last day being in that class with me since he wouldn't be there next semester.. 5minutes before the bell was about to ring.. I heard his friend say to him "you HAVE to give her the letter". I don't know who this "she" or "her" is but i don't know if it could possibly be me and if they are actually talking about me. i think its too late now since today (thurs 12/16) was our last day for Finals and i'm off for Winter Break we won't be able to see each other by January when we come back to school. Do you think he has a crush on me and that letter they speak of was it "supposedly" for me?
