Does a tummy tuck and a job allow weight loss/ and for a person age 47 @ 157 hgt 5.5 is this too fat?

I've had gastric byp 3 years ago, and put on about 30 lbs back on. eeek. I wonder if I got a tummy tuck and and some put in, Would having the skin removed bring my weight back down. Andy advice on how to get down to about 125 real fast. plz help and older serious minded only.
