When you inhale oxygen, you exhale carbon dioxide, but what do you EXHALE if you inhaled nitrous oxide?

You are still breathing a lot of oxygen so you will still be exhaling a lot of carbon dioxide. If there was not enough oxygen in the mixture of oxygen with the nitrous oxide you would die and that is the end of the exhaling anyway.
