What qualities do women want in a man?

i'm an average looking guy, trying hard to find a girl for love.but unfortunately all wants me as a friend.they all said that i'm a nice guy and they need me in their difficulties.i never misbehaved with any girls or talks dirty about them.in my life i always tried to be a good human being. may be i need to be jerk to get a girlfriend.all girls put 'nice guy' tag on me and goes with jerks. seriously i liked to be called a nice guy.i can't be a jerk, even if i try for that.but a life without a love, where all girls puts you a 'nice guy' tag and wants you be their best friend rather than a potential lover makes life irritating. seriously i need to know, where i have to make change in character to get someone to love?what all qualities do a women want in a man?
