Hopefully you are already at the hospital. 4 hyoscamine pills seems too much If there is tylenol in you pain relievers and you also took a hydrocodone then , at your weight, you maybe on the verge of overdose....not fatal but enough to really mess up your kidneys and liver. The combination fo the hydrocodone, too much tylenol and the amphetamine salt in the Adderal is probably what is making you shaky. I doubt they will pump your stomach. IV fluids and maybe make you drink some charcoal is what I see happening. Good luck sweetie, I hope you feel better soon.
