Hmmm...it's been a while, but, depending on the jurisdiction, it'd be something like DWI/Manslaughter (or maybe Criminally Negligent Homicide). If he fled, add Felony FSRA (Fail to Stop & Render Aid), Fleeing, Evading, Reckless Driving, Reckless Conduct, and whatever else they could pad.
