Is the Cactus Club Cafe alright for teens to go to?

I am looking for a place to go for a nice evening with my boyfriend and I have heard good things about the cactus club. I am, however, not entirely sure what the atmosphere is like there. Is it alright if we were to go we are 16 - 17?
