Has anyone installed an indash screen in a cobalt?

anyone installed one in a cobalt. I'm not talking about the flip out ones I mean the permanant, dependable screen that won't poop out after a month. I just bought one and realized that it technically doesn't fit. I'm sure with a little modification I can get it in but I just wondered if there was a simple kit or any other way to install it
